Wac Arts’ is looking for an experienced Acro Dance Facilitator to lead weekly Saturday workshops at our West London HQ.
You will engage groups of 4-6- and 7–11-year-olds in a series of dynamic workshops introducing them to the fundamentals of Acro Dance. The young people will learn the basic techniques and styles, in a safe environment, committing to the dance style while remaining within their capabilities. The programme culminates in an informal celebration of work in the final week of the project.
Wac Arts provides select equipment for use in these sessions, and welcome feedback as to what is necessary to make sessions as fun, safe and engaging as possible.
You must be confident in planning and delivering accessible and inclusive sessions.
