The Wac Arts Schools and Communities team is looking for an experienced workshop leader to join their pool of Performing Arts Facilitators working across schools and community settings in Camden and the surrounding areas. You will plan and deliver a weekly after-school project for a group of children in reception class, exploring storytelling and character through drama, music and movement. The children and young people taking part will develop their performance technique and collaboration skills and work towards an informal sharing of their work.
Wac Arts provides select equipment for use in these sessions. You will also receive support and guidance from the Schools and Communities team.
Wac Arts Schools and Communities Facilitators are paid £45.00 per hour. These rates are subject to deductions for tax and national insurance as appropriate. Sessional Tutors are paid in arrears, at monthly intervals directly into your bank account for work completed in the previous assignment(s).
